• This position responsible for managing a Mining Project
• Manage all aspects of mining including Production, Plant, Finance, SH&E, GA, & HR accordingly to the Project s KPIs & target
• ensure all operational aspects of mining including mine planning & other contractual issues being managed externally with Mining Owner
• Male and age max 45 years old
• Mining degree with GPA min 2.8

Job Description & Qualification:
• Reporting to Business Development Director this position will be responsible to develop and implement all aspects of safety and training, accident prevention, safety performance report, and accident and incident investigation for the mining operations
• Male and age max 35 years old
• Degree or diploma in Mining/Occupational Health and Safety/Environmental Engineering with GPA min 2.8
• Minimum 5 (five) years professional experience
• Knowledge of HSE and OHSAS 18001
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Good attitude, honest, self-motivated, team player, leadership, strong analysis, conceptual thinking
• Have communication skill & ability to establish an effective communication with team
• Willing to be placed at any places in Indonesia

• Work closely with Operation Manager & Project Manager
• Responsible to support projects with short and long term mine planning and other mining engineering aspects, set up a production standard, continuously monitor the achievement gap and analyze necessary improvement action
• Mining or Geological Engineering degree
• Minimum 2 (two) years professional experience
• Have mining operation technical skill
• Ability to analyze mine planning from Mining Owner & creating an effective mining sequence
• Ability to operate mining software
• Based in South Kalimantan
